I Love Them, I Hate Them
My journey as a Digital Marketing consultant is almost 6 years. Mostly the clients are more than satisfied.
They are the people who are clear in their mind what they want to get from the paid campaigns on the internet- Facebook or Google ads.
They are the people who exactly know why they are outsourcing this very important work of generating leads or getting sales.
They are the people who know the value of their time and they know the value of a consultant's time.
I always enjoyed my time spent doing their works. The results were fantastic and the returns were more than satisfactory for both.
BUTTTT... Learning mostly came with other types of guys.
I LOVE THE EXCITEMENT WORKING FOR THE SMALLER CLIENTS WHO GENERALLY HAVE fewer BUDGETS, AMPLE TIME TO REVIEW MY PROCESS AND OFTEN NOT SUFFICIENT RESOURCES TO HANDLE THE LEADS.
These clients are the most nagging, nose-pecking and the most unsatisfied lot.
Their expectations are unbelievably high. They hope to get an ROI of 100℅, even 1000%.
They don't stay longer and never care for my time or expertise. They behave like MASTERS and don't hesitate to order me to the work in certain ways, use images or words that they like and don't want to track or analyze or justify the results ever.
For them, the result is never good. And they went away after saying that they would get better results running the campaigns themselves.
