Consultant Client Contract is hard to get signed upon but it makes life easy. It helps to maintain a fair relationship between a consultant and a client.
A fairly detailed contract sketches the image of the relationship and offers to maintain and sustain that honestly.
Both the parties agree upon the goals, the responsibilities and limitations of both the parties and cost of achieving those goals.
As a consultant, you need to limit your responsibilities. You should be fair, firm, and focused.
You are hired to suggest, plan or setup. You are not supposed to work as an employee.
